Glacier Systems can convert your electronic data directly to images without the extra time and cost to print and scan. During the conversion process we are able to capture the original Meta Data (the documents source information) that is typically lost with typical production methods. Attachments to emails are also converted along with its Meta Data and can also be searched. The conversion process is faster then traditional production methods and yields a much more useful end product.

WHAT DOES IT PROVIDE?
EDD provides a fully searchable database created from the original electronic file and copies of the original document in a standardized format: database records linked with images. The records include the full text of the original electronic document and the image presents the document as if opened in it's native application. We have the ability to render over 100 document types to records and images, saving our clients the overhead and expense of installing all these programs on their own network.
